On Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 4pm a motivational lecture took place at Technical University in Košice by the most successful Czech manager Jan Mühlfeit.

Jan Mühlfeit is a global strategist, couch and mentor who worked at Microsoft for 22 years, of which 15 years he spent alongside Bill Gates in the highest echelons of the company. During 2007 – 2014 he was president of Microsoft Europe. His current personal mission is to help individuals, organizations and countries all over the world to unlock their human potential.

He emphasized in his lecture: „When people do what they have talent for, what their strong point is, then they can be not only more productive and successful, but also happier. Unlocking the human potential is a personal mantra for me, as I think when we use better what is best within us, then we can create a better world for us to live in.“ This methodology, having roots in positive psychology is based not only on his personal experience, but also on experience of many leaders from the world of global business, politics, and sport.
